Please allow 24-48 for your order to be processed. Please allow an additional 3-25 business days for your order to be shipped and delivered. Upon making your purchase, you will automatically be sent a confirmation email which will include your tracking and shipping information. All orders are shipped through USPS, Fedex, DHL, Cainiao , and UPS. 

For international orders please allow 5-25 business days to receive your order.

We operate out of 2 warehouses. One is based in the United States and the other in China. If you have questions about which warehouse your order is coming from please email sales@shopcoldshowers.com. Please allow 3-25 business days for your order to arrive from our China warehouse. Keep in mind, shipping times may vary depending on location and product.
